Kelli started her nursing career in the nursing program at William Jewell College obtaining her BSN in 1992. While attending college she worked as a nursing assistant at Liberty Hospital. Upon graduation, Kelli worked as an ICU nurse at Liberty Hospital, Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, and Reliable Healthcare Agency in Kansas City, MO. She obtained her Master’s Degree at University of Kansas in 2012. While in graduate school, she worked as an adjunct clinical professor at William Jewell College. Upon graduation, she worked for Cameron Regional Medical in several family medicine clinics before coming to the Excelsior Springs Medical Center organization. She received training as a Department if Transportation medical examiner as well. Kelli mainly works at Watkins Mill Park Camp medical clinic in a Division of Youth Services facility for troubled teenagers, but she also works as needed in the Excelsior Springs Physician Clinics.

Kelli strives to practice with integrity, compassion, and beneficence. She has been married to Dr. Brad Hoffman, director of Emergency Services, for 30 years. They have three sons and live in the Northland. Kelli enjoys riding her bike, being outdoors, and fitness in general.
